Highly Skilled Application Support Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team. As an Application Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our applications by providing technical assistance and support to users.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the application by reviewing code, configuration, and data.
- Implement minor code fixes and provide effective solutions to users.
- Respond to user inquiries and requests for assistance, providing clear and concise explanations of technical concepts.
- Document and track user issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of frequently asked questions and troubleshooting procedures.
- Working knowledge of technical strategies, business process design, application development, and technical architecture.
- Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and manage work hours and small projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Possess good written and oral communication skills.
- Collaborate effectively with a wide array of people on many different levels.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in application support or development.
- Technical skills including knowledge in C#, .Net, MS-SQL, or Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
