Highly Skilled Technical Support Specialist

We seek a highly skilled and analytical Senior Escalation Specialist to enhance our technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong ability to collaborate with senior management.
Primary Responsibilities:- Resolve complex customer issues through efficient troubleshooting and resolution methods.
- Act as a resource for junior team members, providing guidance on issue resolution and best practices.
- Provide clear and concise issue documentation and leverage cross-functional working relationships to achieve optimal results.
- Contribute to the development and training of new team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of operating system resource management and network debugging techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding code and/or scripts.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support environment or field experience working in enterprise-level environments.
- Windows Server expertise, including Windows 2008 and MS Exchange.
- In-depth understanding of DNS and its functionality.
- Firewall/DMZ configuration knowledge.
- LDAP/Active Directory and ActiveSync proficiency.
- Smartphone and tablet device expertise, including Apple iOS, Android, and Windows Phone.
- Software familiarity with Apache Tomcat or Windows IIS.
- Database knowledge of MySQL, Postgres, or SQLServer.
- Cloud-based SaaS product experience.
