Social Care Worker and Support Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated Social Care Workers and Support Specialists to join our teams in providing dedicated support to individuals with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals in developing self-care and independent living skills, as well as helping them set and reach their personal goals.
- Demonstrate high competence through qualifications and experience, understanding regulatory requirements, best practices, and individual needs.
Requirements
- A minimum QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care or Health Care, or an equivalent qualification for Social Care Worker. For Social Care Support Worker, a QQI Level 5 in Social Care or Health Care, or enrollment in such a program is required.
- Knowledge of HIQA standards in residential centres.
- Proficient communication, IT, report writing, and planning skills.
This position requires a dedicated and highly motivated individual who can provide supportive services in a safe and respectful environment.
