About This Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will also be responsible for fulfilling various back office administration duties.

  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring all access control and log maintenance is up-to-date
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, as well as room bookings
  • Process purchase orders from clients for room rental services
  • Handle a wide range of queries related to our services
  • Collect and receipt fees collected, logging them on our internal system
  • Create invoices using existing templates

This role would suit a self-directed and experienced administrator who enjoys interacting with members of the public, working in a warm and friendly atmosphere within a community-oriented environment.
