Job Summary:

The role of Corporate Tax Manager involves overseeing the management of corporation tax advisory and compliance services for a diverse portfolio of clients. This encompasses advising on business structures, expansions, financings, and refinancings, as well as managing tax controversy, dispute resolution, and other aspects of tax authority enquiries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients and leading the delivery of high-quality commercial tax advice
  • Advising on business structures, expansions, financings, and refinancings
  • Managing tax controversy, dispute resolution, and other aspects of tax authority enquiries
  • Advising on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions from due diligence, acquisition structuring, and post-acquisition business integration
  • Preparing clients for new tax developments, including Pillar 2, and helping client teams to restructure and evolve to meet tax challenges of the future
  • Managing the delivery of corporate tax returns and advising on related planning opportunities
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing team
