Job Description

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing corporate tax advisory and compliance services for a portfolio of clients.

Your client portfolio will consist of clients with operations in a variety of industries, primarily life sciences, technology, real estate, and retail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of clients and leading the delivery of high-quality commercial tax advice.
  • Advising on business structures, expansions, financings, and refinancings.
  • Managing tax controversy, dispute resolution, and other aspects of tax authority enquiries.
  • Advising on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions from due diligence, acquisition structuring, and post-acquisition business integration.
  • Preparing clients for new tax developments, including Pillar 2, and helping client teams to restructure and evolve to meet tax challenges of the future.
  • Managing the delivery of corporate tax returns and advising on related planning opportunities.
  • Managing and mentoring a high-performing team.
