About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Professional to join our team at TN Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership on health and safety matters within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the site's health & safety strategy and associated initiatives to improve the Health and Safety outcomes, in alignment with company-wide objectives.
  • Drive compliance of H&S procedures and the Site Safety Statement in compliance with Regulatory requirements
  • Provide and deploy a training strategy that covers off all the needs of the internal departments on-site
Requirements
  • Primary degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent, in conjunction with a recognized Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience at H&S Manager level within an FMCG manufacturing environment, ideally food manufacturing
