Job Opportunity for R&D Chemist

We are seeking an experienced R&D chemist to join our team in a temporary role. The successful candidate will have a PhD in organic chemistry and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of new chemical processes, including route scouting and process scale-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure all processes are understood, robust, efficient and in control.
  • Develop and implement projects to optimize processes, considering scale-up and manufacturing aspects.
Requirements:
  • PhD in organic chemistry.
  • Strong technical background in chemistry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated capability in project management, troubleshooting and continuous process verification.
