Key responsibilities include leading HVAC system implementation on a new greenfield project, supporting design reviews, overseeing construction and HVAC system implementation, commissioning and qualification activities, managing vendors, and providing updates to project leadership.

Key Requirements
  • Strong experience with HVAC systems through construction projects
  • Experience with pharmaceutical or biotech capital projects across the full project lifecycle
  • Vendor management experience
  • Knowledge of other utilities is beneficial
  • A willingness to work full-time on-site

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
