Career Opportunity: Senior Manager - Corporate Actions

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead a global function within our Corporate Actions team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the custody industry.

  • About the Role:

    • Serve as a subject matter expert for key projects and initiatives, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities, leveraging expertise in Corporate Actions concepts and practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on Corporate Actions.

  • 4+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Key Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Corporate Actions concepts and practices, including securities lending, collateral management, and trade processing.

  • Strong leadership and performance management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
