We are seeking a highly skilled International Tax Expert to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the tax manager with international assignment coordination and payroll process management.
- Support ad hoc compensation and benefits projects from a mobility perspective.
- Coordinate with international payroll teams on assignee compensation, shadow payroll, year-end compliance, and PAYE exclusion orders.
- Ensure compliance from an individual tax, immigration, and corporate risk perspective for mobile population employees and group companies.
- Work with the tax manager on tax compliance and planning for international assignments and overseas projects.
- Assess potential Employment Tax, Corporation Tax, and VAT issues in various global jurisdictions.
- Newly qualified chartered tax advisor or part qualified.
- Accounting qualification beneficial.
- Experience in global mobility and tax.
This is a challenging opportunity to work with a multinational organization with expanding European operations.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and possess strong analytical abilities.
