The role of Global Financial Manager will be pivotal in overseeing key finance processes globally. This position supports the lead for global financial operations, encompassing reviewing global financial performance, preparing consolidated reporting, evaluating accounting processes, and driving the global monthly forecast process.

Main Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Review global financial performance with supporting analysis, commentary, and suggestions to enhance key financial and non-financial metrics">
  • Prepare consolidated reporting and deliverables for the global lead">
  • Evaluate existing accounting processes to ensure accuracy and transparency of month-end reported data">
  • Drive the global monthly forecast process to guarantee an accurate representation of expected future revenue and profit expectations by country/client">
  • Support the global budget process end-to-end">
  • Critically assess and provide support for commercial submissions/bids">
  • Offer feedback, training, and support to regional finance teams as required">
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects including new system implementations, business acquisitions, cross-border projects, etc.">
  • Line management responsibilities of direct reports if applicable">
  • Foster continuous improvement and identify opportunities for process efficiencies and simplification">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)">
  • Strong experience with Excel and MS Office applications">
  • A confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels">
  • Accuracy and high-level attention to detail">
  • Experience working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment">
  • Substantial understanding of multi-currency environments, accounting principles, and processes">
