The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in income tax returns, capital gains tax implications, and research to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Job Overview

A key aspect of this position is effective communication, ensuring seamless interaction between trainees and senior colleagues. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling them to articulate complex concepts clearly and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Information Management: Ensure accurate and timely collection of client data for tax return purposes.
  • Trainee Guidance: Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, focusing on income tax returns, capital gains tax, and research best practices.
  • Tax Compliance Oversight: Scrutinize trainee work, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

The Personal Tax Compliance Manager will also be responsible for distinguishing complex tax compliance issues, identifying opportunities for further client engagement, and driving business growth through strategic advice.
