We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our GPC Finance team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate and personal tax compliance and advisory services, with experience managing teams and overseeing tax projects for corporate and private clients across multiple industries.

This position involves:

  • Managing corporation tax compliance for large multinational clients, including preparation and review of tax computations, group relief calculations, and filing with Revenue.
  • Advising clients on tax-efficient structuring, group reorganisations, share option schemes, asset transfers, and cross-border transactions.
  • Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns, capital gains tax calculations, and providing guidance on succession planning.
  • Assisting in Revenue audits and interventions for corporate and private clients.
  • Working closely with international tax teams on cross-border tax compliance and advisory matters.

**Requirements**

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA).
  • Minimum of five years' experience in tax, with at least one year in a managerial role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax legislation, compliance, and advisory work.
  • Experience managing tax projects for corporate and private clients across multiple industries.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring and managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
