Job Title: Senior Treasury Associate

The role is responsible for managing cash positions, wire transfer processing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Positioning: Calculating daily cash positions based on business unit forecasts and historical trends.

  • Reconciliation: Reconciling and analyzing forecasted to actual activity in investment and operating accounts on a daily basis.

  • Consulting Services: Consulting with businesses to improve cash processing flows, forecasting, and bank account structures.
  • Wire Transfer Initiations: Initiating wire transfers to concentrate funds for investment and to fund operating and investment activity.
  • Procedure Updates: Updating procedures and workflow documentation as needed.
  • Financial Analysis: Conducting and documenting moderately complex financial analysis and reporting for Enterprise or business specific projects.
  • Project Participation: Participating in independent and group projects related to cash management initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Work Experience: 2 years of work experience with relevant cash management/investment operations experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks to maintain an efficient processing environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with partners, banks, and external service providers.
  • Business Principles: Ability to apply sound business principles and practices to daily production activity and projects.
  • Financial Analysis: Ability to conduct financial analysis for business units (trending, cyclical patterns, variance analysis, cost benefit analysis, etc.).
  • Problem Solving: Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to respond to inquiries and processing issues in a timely manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships within Treasury and with business partners and banks.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility to assume other area assignments in the future as the staff is periodically rotated.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a team environment.
