This is an opportunity to work as a financial analyst in our team. You will be responsible for reconciling cash, positions and NAVs between our internal record keeping system Aladdin and the custodian for each fund. Your role will also involve reconciling Statement of Investments monthly, independently researching and resolving position and cash related discrepancies, proactively communicating issues to relevant business partners, and assuming ownership for operational issues that are raised.

Key Responsibilities

You Will Work with Colleagues Across the Globe

In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues across the UK, US and Japan to support our Fixed Income investment teams with key information on a daily basis. This involves working closely with Global Portfolio Administration team members who are responsible for cash, position and NAV reconciliations of over 1,150 PGIM Fixed Income funds.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
  • Previous experience in finance/portfolio administration/custody operations/professional services.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
