We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity, based in our Letterkenny office (2/3 days in office). As the Global Asset Management business of Prudential, we're always looking for ways to improve financial services.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping tomorrow today by contributing to the development and implementation of financial strategies that drive business growth. You will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information effectively. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Investor Reporting: Providing accurate and timely reporting to investors, including trust reports, special servicer reports, and wire remittances.
- Accounting Valuations: Conducting loan portfolio accounting, reporting, and valuations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Investment and Corporate Accounting: Managing cash lags, daily receipt accounts, monthly reconciliations, and KIR reporting to ensure financial accuracy.
- Treasury: Coordinating international bank and borrower relationships, wire releases, and waterfall structures to optimize financial performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CFA a plus)
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to analyze data and identify underlying drivers of results
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
