Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Investor Reporting Analyst. As an Investor Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for managing investor reporting functions, including preparing daily and periodic investment reports, reconciliations, and other financial statements.

You will work closely with internal and external clients to facilitate the receipt, disbursement, and reconciliation of borrower funds during a loan's pre-funding and funding period. This includes coordinating with trade management and treasury teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of accurate and timely investment reports, valuations, and investor remittance files
  • Review of bank account reconciliations, investor files, and wire transfers for accuracy
  • Interpretation of investment management & servicing agreements, regulations, standard operating procedures, and loan documents
  • Assistance in identifying efficiencies, including process automation of reporting and data feeds

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Accounting and have relevant experience in accounting or finance. Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and basic understanding of database and data structures are essential.
