Residential Care Support Professionals

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our residential care team in Sligo, supporting individuals with disabilities in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a Residential Care Support Professional, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to service users, promoting independence and person-centered planning, contributing to the day-to-day running of the service, and supporting service users in meeting their short-term and long-term goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing comprehensive support and assistance to service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  2. Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  3. Encouraging and facilitating social interactions and activities that promote engagement, enjoyment, and participation.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A major QQI Level 5 Qualification in Healthcare or a relevant field.
  • A full driving license and access to your own transport.
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals on their journey to maximize their quality of life.
