Job Title: Support Worker

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate support worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each individual's needs and goals.
  • Promote independence, dignity, and respect for all service users.
  • Encourage participation in education, training, and medical appointments.
  • Foster positive relationships with service users, families, and other professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service user progress and care planning.
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 7 or 8 degree in a relevant field (e.g., social care, healthcare).
  • CORU registration.
  • Must be a resident in Ireland and hold a valid GNIB card.
  • Willing to undergo Garda vetting.
  • International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
