About This Opportunity

As a proactive and detail-oriented solicitor, you will join our expanding in-house legal team to provide support with a broad range of legal matters.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior members of the legal team and collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business. You will be responsible for liaising with external counsel, managing case files, and supporting dispute resolution processes.

  • Liaise with external counsel and manage case files.
  • Investigate and respond to client complaints in line with regulatory obligations.
  • Provide advice on data protection and privacy matters.
  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Respond to ad hoc legal queries from internal departments.

You will also conduct legal research and assist in identifying legal risks and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • A qualified solicitor's background in Ireland, with 1-3 years post-qualification experience.
  • Working knowledge of key legislative/regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in corporate law, GDPR, litigation, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with sound judgment.
  • Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving.
