Job Title: Home Support Worker

This role requires a compassionate and empathetic individual to deliver personal care and support to clients in their own homes. We are looking for someone who is caring, friendly, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop client care plans, performing identified care duties, and promoting client comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.
  • BUILD strong rapport with clients and provide genuine kindness, patience, and empathy.
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the care management team.
Requirements:
  • QQI approved Level 5 Modules Care of the Older Person and Care Skills/Healthcare Support or one year's experience caring for others.
  • Fully committed to providing high-quality care and support.
