We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in expanding our network of independent agency partnerships across key European markets.

This hunter role will play a pivotal part in acquiring and onboarding high-value advertising agencies through strategic prospecting, tailored solutions, and strong relationship-building.

Key responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with independent advertising agencies, conducting discovery sessions to understand agency needs, developing and executing acquisition strategies, and building lasting relationships with agency leaders.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, digital advertising, or related fields, fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, a proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue or acquisition targets, and exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
