Job Title: Plumber

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled plumber to work on social housing maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality service to tenants in domestic properties.
  • Capture and communicate any additional work to relevant personnel using the company system.
  • Maintain compliance with timeframes, target dates, and materials/workmanship schedules.
  • Care for all tools and use appropriate safety equipment.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contract administrators, and head office staff.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in similar roles within the construction industry is essential.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and current UK driving license are required.
Requirements:
  • Previous trades experience in similar roles.
  • Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalent qualification.
  • Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license.
  • Valid CSR Card.
Skills:
  • Domestic plumbing skills.

We offer competitive salaries and long-term contracts. Working hours are from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with overtime available.
