Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Gas Engineer is essential for this position.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively is necessary.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently is vital.
  • Basic maths skills for calculations related to installations and repairs are required.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during installations or repairs is a must.
  • Experience in commercial driving is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Certification in relevant gas safety regulations is required (e.g., Gas Safe Register).
  • A proactive approach to health and safety practices within the workplace is expected.
