Project Manager Position

The primary responsibility of this role will be to oversee the management and closure of projects that are under the company's purview.

This includes overseeing project progress and outputs, managing project closure, serving as the liaison point for projects, collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as electronic systems, draft reports, and preparing submissions for departments, as well as assisting with research based on closure and evaluation reports that feed into the company's digital and communications activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A-C (including English Language and Maths) or equivalent, have good technical skills with prior experience in IT financial systems such as spreadsheets and databases, experience in Project Management including establishing, monitoring, and verifying outputs, as well as gathering, analyzing, and reporting on project activity, outputs, and results.

They should also have demonstrable experience in reviewing non-financial information (reports etc.) and following up on required actions, experience in drafting reports, working with, understanding, and interpreting financial data, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ability to manage and prioritize a busy workload, and ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
