Job Title: Mental Health Activities Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Activities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering an engaging and stimulating activity programme that enhances the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a schedule of in-house entertainment, outings, and group activities that are mentally and physically stimulating for residents.
  • Work closely with the Residential Manager, staff, and residents to ensure activities align with their needs and interests.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, residents, and visitors, working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain accurate records (both manually and electronically) of all activities and events.

Requirements:

  • A good command of written and spoken English is essential.
  • The right to work and live in the UK is required.
  • Ability to work set hours, flexible to meet the needs of the organisation.
