Job Responsibilities- Provide emotional support and guidance to residents with mental health issues.

- Assist residents with daily tasks, such as self-care, shopping, and household chores.
- Encourage residents to develop their skills and increase their independence.
- Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and visitors.
- Experience working in a mental health environment.
- Good knowledge of The Mental Health Order (1986).
- An understanding of current approaches to mental health practice.
- Ability to work effectively in a challenging environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
