Mental Health Nursing Team Leader Role

We are seeking a seasoned Nursing Manager to lead our team of mental health professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and interpersonal abilities.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in mental health nursing, with a strong background in management and leadership. They will be responsible for assessing and planning nursing care requirements, building relationships with patients and their families, and administering medication.
The role also involves leading a team of mental health nurses, agreeing and reviewing care plans, and monitoring progress. The candidate must be able to give advice and arrange support for patients, relatives, and carers, and liaise with doctors, social workers, and other professionals.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Livewell clean UK NMC Registration
- Extensive mental health nursing experience
- Deputy Nurse Manager experience
- RMN experience
