Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the manufacture of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include executing manufacturing activities in line with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI), as well as monitoring business metrics on Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Quality, and Operations to ensure optimum efficiencies/effectiveness against production plans.

About this Role
  • Ensure that all manufacturing activities are completed in a manner that does not compromise the health and safety of employees and visitors to the site.
  • Develop, demonstrate, and maintain technical proficiency in relevant manufacturing activities through on-site training.
  • Coordinate with Production Supervisors to plan, schedule, and monitor manufacturing activities in relevant manufacturing cells/teams.
  • Process product in accordance with documented SOPs and WI, ensuring that required standards on EHS, GMP, GDP, 5S, and Compliance are proactively maintained at all times.
  • Promote operational excellence and drive continuous improvement in all relevant manufacturing-related activities.
  • Liaise with Production Supervisors and other departments regarding application of manufacturing instructions and quality standards.

  • Remain updated on-site communications, including email and company-wide meetings.
Technical Requirements
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of computer applications.
  • Inspect product/documentation and use measuring devices; record manufacturing data and alert appropriate personnel of any deviations from the manufacturing specification where applicable.
