The role of the Investment Operations Analyst encompasses supporting both internal and external stakeholders in the back/middle office.
- Key responsibilities include oversight of investment activities performed on behalf of a portfolio by local investment teams and external managers.
- Monitoring and maintenance of Cash and Asset Exceptions from IBOR reconciliations output is also crucial.
- Supporting monthly pricing processes for relevant securities on Aladdin is essential to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintenance of FAS157 levelling process involves monitoring and resolving any exceptions that arise.
Effective communication with Portfolio Managers, CIO team, and Insurance Companies is vital for addressing queries related to Investment operations.
As a key member of the General Insurance International CIO team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of investment committee objectives, including ensuring IPGs are reaffirmed and annual self-assessments are completed.
Additionally, this role involves assisting in the management and delivery of project initiatives as requested by the General Insurance CIO team.
These initiatives may include Aladdin implementation and third-party outsourcing.
