The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a team of engineers on multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. They will also be expected to maintain high-quality standards throughout all projects and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of engineers on multiple projects
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Maintaining high-quality standards throughout all projects
  • Coordinating with clients and stakeholders

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 12+ years of experience as a Structural or Senior Structural Engineer
  • A relative Civil or Structural Degree
  • Chartered or working towards
  • Team Lead experience on a set of civil and structural projects
  • Experience in the relevant software is desirable

The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary, company pension contribution up to 8%, 26 days annual leave, and an annual company bonus based on personal performance.
