Global Training Governance Expert

This role plays a pivotal part in elevating training quality globally by bridging current inconsistencies between training content delivery and assessment across locations.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a centralized framework for training and coder readiness.
  • Define and enforce minimum standards for training content, delivery, and assessment across all regional sites.
  • Oversight of global training curricula, ensuring content accuracy and consistency.
  • Cross-regional alignment and facilitation of best practice sharing to eliminate redundant or conflicting training approaches.
  • Process improvement and innovation using data-driven insights to enhance training effectiveness and relevance.
  • Quality assurance support, analysing root causes of QA issues and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting, establishing metrics to track training effectiveness, learner progress, and knowledge retention.

This position requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in training governance, learning and development, or process improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all coders meet standardized training requirements across regions and driving innovation in training processes and tools.

A Bachelor's Degree in business, HR, Operations, or a related field is required, along with advanced level proficiency with Excel and strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
