Job Summary:This role is part of the Alternatives Financial Reporting team, which supports Private Equity, Real Estate, and Infrastructure clients by delivering high-quality financial reporting services. The successful candidate will work closely with other team members to build scalable financial reporting operations models and ensure that client service levels and regulatory filing deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality financial reporting services to customers by accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks and requests for information.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures for funds on a quarterly, semi-annual, and/or annual basis.
- Liaison with external auditors and dealing with audit queries.
- Preparation of regulatory returns where applicable, including Central Bank returns.
The successful candidate will have:
- Accounting experience within the Investment Industry with exposure to financial reporting.
- An appreciation of accounting principles is desirable, qualified accountant or part qualified and interested in completing their qualification advantageous.
- Ability to work in a structured pattern, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent desktop, IT, and systems skills. Experience of Yardi and/or Investran advantageous.
