Early Years Educator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our childcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe, stimulating environment for children.
  • Encourage learning and discovery through play experiences.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of daily routines.
  • Support individual child development using a holistic approach.
  • Maintain good professional boundaries.
  • Exhibit a trustworthy, reliable attitude.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Early Years Care and Education.
  • QQI/FETAC Level 5 or above in Early Childhood Care & Education (degree preferred).
  • Familiarity with Early Years regulations and quality frameworks (Siolta and Aistear).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
