We are seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The primary function of this role is to provide technical assistance and support to customers in order to ensure they get the most value from our solution. This includes pre- and post-sale solution support, customer training, and subject matter expertise.

This role will also involve working closely with the sales team to develop account strategies and identify additional opportunities in existing accounts.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success of customer pilots through effective process mapping and training, as well as supporting all relevant departments to assist with design and introduction of product enhancements and new features.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering or Science)
  • Relevant experience in the Life Sciences Industry
  • Strong stakeholder/customer management skills
  • An understanding of project management and processes such as Validation, Manufacturing and Quality management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational, time management and problem solving skills
