About the Role:- Lead a small but dedicated team of chefs in delivering a high-quality brunch-style menu.
- Develop seasonal menus with a focus on modern, fresh, and wholesome dishes.
- Ensure consistency in food presentation and quality.
- Manage ordering, stock control, and kitchen costings within budget.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and HACCP compliance.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-led café, brunch, or casual dining concept.
- Passion for food trends, especially in the coffee/brunch space.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage kitchen costs and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Salary: €50,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
