Job Title: Building Control ExpertA leading international design consultancy seeks a Building Control Expert to join their team in Rathmines, Dublin. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of Building Control Legislation, Building Regulations, best practice and industry guidance with extensive experience on complex projects.The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of building control systems, including preparation of commencement and completion notices, compilation of inspection plans, and coordination with stakeholders.Prior experience as a Building Control Engineer or Inspector is essential, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Building Control Legislation and Regulations
  • Extensive experience with building control systems
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Degree in construction-related discipline (Architect, Building Surveyor, Civil/Structural Engineer, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer)
  • 4+ years' experience in the field
