Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to various functions as part of one cohesive team, encompassing talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development, and health & wellbeing.
  • Support programme development and delivery, including health promotion and occupational health initiatives.
  • Perform administrative tasks and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with skilled teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Pursuing or holding a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in relevant disciplines, such as Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
Location

Our roles are based in various locations, including Dublin and Portlaoise, with hybrid working options.

Contract

This is a fixed-term contract position offering valuable experience and exposure within our diverse business units.

We're committed to smart working – combining digital tools with a culture of trust and empowerment to enable flexible ways of working. The successful candidate may work flexibly within their jurisdiction with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration on at least one anchor day per week.
