Business Undergraduates Programme

We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as an Undergraduate in Business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and experience within a leading energy company.
This role will involve contributing to diverse functions with one team, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Health & Wellbeing. You will support programme development and delivery, perform administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the success of our team by working collaboratively to achieve results.
- Support the development and delivery of programmes, including health promotion and occupational health.
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or holding a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in relevant disciplines (e.g., Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Business Administration).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Teams).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
This is a fixed-term contract position, offering valuable experience and exposure within our business units. Our roles are based in various locations, including Dublin & Portlaoise with hybrid working options.
