Job SummaryCare Support Specialists play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily living tasks and promoting their personal growth. We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate professionals to join our team.
Responsibilities- Support individuals with their daily plans, focusing on education, skills development, and achieving personal outcomes.
- Assist with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments, family visits, etc.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure individuals maintain their independence.
- A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline (registered with CORU).
- Relevant life experience desirable but not essential.
- Good attitude to work and passion for supporting people.
- Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of achieving a Full Driver's Licence.
