Job Opportunity

The role of a Litigation Solicitor involves managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents and providing expert legal advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a range of complex cases ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive case files adhering to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular updates and guidance throughout the legal process.
  • Assist with handling regulatory and enforcement matters for statutory bodies.
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with minimum 5 years post qualification experience in litigation at Circuit and High Court levels.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of complex cases.
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant legal principles procedures and statutes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to think strategically and provide sound legal advice.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with organisational abilities capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Confidence in advocating for clients in court and during negotiations.
