Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Generate new business and meet sales/gross profit targets in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Conduct client visits, identify leads, and support proposals/tenders including fee negotiation.
  • Client Management:
    • Manage client relationships, vacancies, and sites while ensuring high-quality service.
    • Gather and analyse client data (headcount, attrition, structure, salary benchmarks, candidate pools).
  • Candidate Management:
    • Source, register, and talent pool candidates in line with KPIs.
    • Pre-screen, test, and prepare candidates for interviews, providing detailed client/job insights.
  • Quality & Compliance:
    • Adhere to processes, Quality Management System (QMS), and legislative requirements.
    • Carry out vetting, compliance, and payroll-related checks.
Requirements:
  • Essential:
    • 1+ years' experience in recruitment consultancy (within the last 5 years) or 2+ years' experience in direct sales in a target-driven environment.
    • Junior Certificate.
  • Desirable:
    • Professionally accredited (Recruitment and Employment Confederation/REC or National Recruitment Federation/NRF/Employment Recruitment Federation/ERF).
    • Experience using recruitment databases.
