Solar Inverter Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Inverter Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and partners.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing pre-sales testing support and holding workshops with customers or partners on technical issues.
  • Supporting the sales and solution team by logging issues reported by customers and providing training/guidance before, during, and after the construction process.
  • Supporting customers during the commissioning process, technically checking inverter installations, and making corrections as necessary.
  • Acting as an interface between customers and the R&D team to resolve any issues.
  • Providing second- and third-line support, technical support of customers or partners, and on-site support in case of major or critical issues.
  • Maintaining the quality of on-site operations, providing quality analyses, and implementing improvement processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A science or engineering education background with a major in Electricity, Energy, or Mechanical etc.
  • Technical and service working experience, channel management experience, and knowledge about the Solar-PV market/storage market is preferable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal people from different countries & cultures.
  • Ability to have insight into problems, project operation skills, and excellent communication skills in English.
