Solar Inverter Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-sales testing assistance and lead workshops with customers or partners on technical matters.
  • Support the sales team, logging customer-reported issues.
  • Train and guide customers throughout the construction process through kickoff meetings, hardware and software training, and acceptance testing.
  • Provide commissioning support, checking inverter installations and making corrections as needed.
  • Act as the interface between customers and the R&D team to resolve any technical issues.
  • Offer second- and third-line support, providing technical assistance to customers independently or with a technical support team.
  • Perform on-site support for critical issues that cannot be resolved by the customer or local subcontractor.
  • Monitor the quality of on-site operations and provide quality analyses to develop improvement processes.

Requirements:

  • Science or engineering education background, majoring in Electricity, Energy, or Mechanical fields.
  • Technical experience with channel management preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Solar-PV market is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze problems and identify solutions.
  • Project operation skills and excellent communication skills in English are essential.
