Customer Support Specialist
This role involves responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of our products and services, as well as company policies and procedures. They will also be required to represent the company in a professional manner and complete documentation to in-house standards.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
