About Us

CPL is partnering with a high performing pharmaceutical company to recruit a Senior Combination Product Engineer/Scientist.

Working within a collaborative and regulated environment, you will contribute to key projects as part of a unique start-up setting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive efforts for design control, risk analysis, change management, customer feedback resolution, and deviation handling.
  • Act as a technical specialist or lead on initiatives involving global teams.
  • Apply analytical skills and technical knowledge to address product and process challenges.
  • Collaborate with teams in Product Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing for project success.
  • Show initiative and ownership while expanding your skill set in a fast-paced work environment.

Skill Requirements

  • A degree in engineering (mechanical or biomedical) or a scientific discipline (chemistry, materials science, life sciences).
  • Experience working within regulated sectors such as medical devices, combination products, or pharmaceuticals.
  • A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory practices is beneficial.
