Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Projects Executive to lead our research and development activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, formulation development, and analytical development.

The R&D Projects Executive will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of goals and objectives. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will also have experience in GMP pharmaceutical environments, preferably within oral, non-sterile dosage forms. Knowledge of equipment used for manufacturing oral, non-sterile drug products is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry or Management or similar qualification
  • Relevant experience in GMP pharmaceutical environments, preferably within oral, non-sterile dosage forms
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Knowledge of equipment used for manufacturing oral, non-sterile drug products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
