About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. You will also be required to maintain a high level of housekeeping standards and ensure that stock is controlled and merchandised to Company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers and identify selling opportunities
  2. Maintain a safe and secure working environment
  3. Control and merchandise stock to Company standards
  4. Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent
  • Three months previous experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
