Business Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our organization.

Job Summary:

  • Assume a pivotal role in the success of mortgage business operations application modernization projects by participating in high-level review meetings.
  • Utilize specialized lending business knowledge to gather and document requirements effectively.
  • Develop as-is process flows, conduct gap analysis, collect business requirements, conduct peer reviews, finalize system specifications, and secure stakeholder approval.
  • Provide support to business teams by answering questions, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues during design and development phases.
  • Coordinate between clients and offshore teams during credit application development initiatives.
  • Offer domain expertise to development teams on core lending-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with testing teams to create, review, and execute test scripts for the credit application modernization project.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality.
  • Engage with business owners, product teams, vendors, application owners, external and internal customers to identify and deliver requirements within stipulated timelines.
  • Provide leadership in working with clients to define solutions to their business requirements.
  • Project manage the delivery of agreed engagement outcomes for the client.
  • Conduct high-level business and project review meetings.
  • Work closely with delivery and implementation teams to provide domain inputs and ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure requirements are clear and well-understood.
  • Translate business requirement documents into software requirement specifications.
  • Review test strategies and specifications, assist in functional testing, and support UAT/BAT processes.
